سياسة الخصوصية

مقدمة

«صحصح» تطبيق منبه لا يتوقف رنينه إلا بعد أن تنجز مهمة تختارها، مثل حل مسألة أو تصوير غرض أو المشي. توضّح هذه السياسة ما يستخدمه التطبيق من بيانات على جهازك، ولماذا، وكيف تتحكم بها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.

الخلاصة: التطبيق يعمل بالكامل على جهازك، ولا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يرسل أي شيء خارج الجهاز.

ما لا نجمعه

• لا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم جوالك، ولا يوجد حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
• لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الصور أو الملفات من معرضك.
• لا نجمع معرّفات الجهاز أو الإعلانات، ولا سجل الاستخدام أو التصفح.
• لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تقارير أعطال من أي طرف.

ما يُحفظ على جهازك فقط

يحتاج التطبيق إلى حفظ بعض المعلومات حتى يعمل المنبه. كلها تُحفظ داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على جهازك، ولا يصل إليها أحد غيرك.

حتى يرن المنبه بعد إعادة تشغيل الجوال وقبل فتح القفل، قد تُحفظ هذه البيانات في مساحة التخزين المحمية بالجهاز (Device Protected Storage)، وهي جزء من مساحة التطبيق الخاصة.

الكاميرا والذكاء الاصطناعي

تُستخدم الكاميرا فقط عندما تختار مهام «صوّر شي معين» أو «صوّر مكان مسجّل» أو «امسح باركود»، وأثناء أداء المهمة فقط.

• يتم التعرف على الأغراض والباركود على جهازك باستخدام نماذج Google ML Kit المدمجة داخل التطبيق، دون اتصال بالإنترنت.
• تُحلَّل لقطات الكاميرا في الذاكرة لحظياً ولا تُحفظ، باستثناء صورة المكان المرجعية التي تلتقطها بنفسك عند إعداد المهمة.
• لا تُرفع أي صورة ولا تُرسل لأي خادم أو طرف آخر.

حساس الحركة

في مهمتي «هز الجوال» و«امشِ خطوات» يقرأ التطبيق حساس التسارع لعدّ الهزات والخطوات أثناء المهمة فقط. لا تُسجَّل قراءات الحساس ولا تُحفظ.

الصلاحيات ولماذا نطلبها

التطبيق لا يطلب صلاحية الإنترنت (INTERNET)، ولا صلاحيات الموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الميكروفون أو قراءة معرض الصور. ويمكنك سحب إذن الكاميرا في أي وقت من إعدادات الجوال.

الإنترنت والإعلانات والتتبع

لأن التطبيق لا يملك صلاحية الإنترنت، فهو غير قادر تقنياً على إرسال أي بيانات من جهازك. لا توجد فيه إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات، ولا تتبع، ولا تقارير أعطال تُرسل تلقائياً.

النسخ الاحتياطي ونقل البيانات

• النسخ الاحتياطي من Google: إذا كان مفعّلاً في جهازك، قد يحفظ نظام أندرويد نسخة من إعدادات التطبيق ومنبهاتك وسجل الاستيقاظ في حسابك على Google، وتخضع هذه النسخة لسياسة خصوصية Google. صور الأماكن المرجعية مستثناة من هذا النسخ.
• النقل المباشر لجوال جديد: عند نقل بياناتك من جوالك القديم إلى الجديد مباشرة (بكابل أو اتصال مباشر بين الجهازين)، قد تنتقل صور الأماكن أيضاً حتى تستمر مهامك بالعمل، دون المرور بأي خادم.
• يمكنك إيقاف النسخ الاحتياطي من: الإعدادات ← Google ← النسخ الاحتياطي.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع ولا نؤجّر ولا نشارك أي بيانات مع أي طرف، لأننا ببساطة لا نستلم أي بيانات منك.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا يجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم مهما كان عمره.

تحكّمك في بياناتك

• حذف أي منبه يحذف إعداداته ومهامه وصوره المرجعية.
• زر «مسح السجل» في شاشة الإحصائيات يحذف سجل الاستيقاظ كاملاً.
• «مسح بيانات التطبيق» من إعدادات أندرويد أو حذف التطبيق يزيل كل شيء نهائياً.
• لا توجد لدينا أي نسخة من بياناتك على خوادمنا، لذلك لا يلزم طلب حذفها منا.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة مزايا جديدة. سننشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلاها، وإذا كان التعديل يغيّر طريقة التعامل مع البيانات فسنذكره في ملاحظات الإصدار.

Introduction

“Sahsah” is an alarm clock that keeps ringing until you complete a mission you choose, such as solving a math problem, photographing an object or walking. This policy explains what data the app uses on your device, why, and how you control it. By using the app you agree to this policy.

In short: the app runs entirely on your device, collects no personal data and sends nothing off the device.

What we don’t collect

• No name, email or phone number. There is no account or sign-in.
• No location, contacts, or photos and files from your gallery.
• No device or advertising identifiers, and no usage or browsing history.
• No third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools.

What is stored on your device only

The app needs to keep some information so your alarms work. All of it is stored in the app’s private storage on your device and is not accessible to anyone else.

So that alarms ring after a reboot and before you unlock your phone, this data may be kept in Android’s Device Protected Storage, which is part of the app’s private storage.

Camera and on-device AI

The camera is used only when you choose the “Photograph an object”, “Photograph a saved place” or “Scan a barcode” missions, and only while the mission is running.

• Objects and barcodes are recognized on your device using Google ML Kit models bundled inside the app, with no Internet connection.
• Camera frames are analyzed in memory in real time and are not saved, except the reference place photo you deliberately take when setting up the mission.
• No image is ever uploaded or sent to any server or third party.

Motion sensor

For the “Shake the phone” and “Walk steps” missions the app reads the accelerometer to count shakes and steps during the mission only. Sensor readings are not recorded or stored.

Permissions and why we ask

The app does not request the Internet permission (INTERNET), nor location, contacts, microphone or photo-library access. You can revoke camera access at any time in your phone settings.

Internet, ads and tracking

Because the app has no Internet permission, it is technically unable to send any data from your device. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no automatic crash reports.

Backup and device transfer

• Google backup: if enabled on your device, Android may back up the app’s settings, alarms and wake-up history to your Google account, under Google’s privacy policy. Reference place photos are excluded from this backup.
• Direct transfer to a new phone: when you move data directly from your old phone to a new one (cable or device-to-device connection), place photos may be transferred too so your missions keep working, without passing through any server.
• You can turn off backup in Settings → Google → Backup.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data with anyone, simply because we never receive any data from you.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect data from any user of any age.

Your control over your data

• Deleting an alarm deletes its settings, missions and reference photos.
• “Clear history” on the Statistics screen deletes your whole wake-up history.
• “Clear storage” in Android settings, or uninstalling the app, removes everything permanently.
• We hold no copy of your data on any server, so there is nothing to request from us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add new features. Any change will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and changes affecting how data is handled will be mentioned in the release notes.
